<p>The Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Network (EREAFSN) is a national initiative of Edmund Rice Education Australia and is recognised as a leading organisation for the provision of education and social inclusion programs for disenfranchised young people. </p><p>The St Francis’ Flexible Learning Centre (FLC) is part of the Nano Nagle Flexible Schools Network under the leadership of a Network Principal. The Head of Campus has delegated responsibility from the Network Principal for the day-to-day management and leadership of the FLC campus and any outreach services related to that campus. Nano Nagle Flexible Schools operate within EREAFSN and strive to embody the EREAFSN Practice of Common Ground and Operation by Principle. These Principles are Respect, Participation, Safe &amp; Legal, and Honesty. </p><p>The successful applicant will be an experienced educational leader with a passion for, and experience in, working with disenfranchised young people of all social, cultural and religious backgrounds. The role will develop even the most experienced educator and allow the individual to make an impact on the educational experience of vulnerable young people across Hobart. </p><p>All applicants will be subject to EREA and legislative screening procedures.
