<p>St Patrick’s is a Catholic co-educational Year 7-12 college of approximately 1,500 students with a strong academic culture that encourages individual students to develop to their full potential through a broad educational experience. </p><p>St Patrick’s College is seeking to employ an experienced Human Resources Officer who will work with operational leaders of the College to grow organisational capability through implementation of a range of strategic and tactical continuous improvement initiatives.  </p><p>Through the provision of trusted advice and expertise across a broad range of HR matters, the successful applicant will enable College leaders to achieve their operational objectives whilst positively influencing our values-based culture.   </p><p>As well as being strongly imbued with and supportive of the ethos of a Catholic college, the successful applicant will demonstrate initiative, curiosity, a strong work ethic and take pride in their work.
