In order to deliver our key strategic objectives we are currently seeking an innovative, training and change professional to work full time for a 6 month period.</p> <p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Change, Communications &amp; Training Lead, you will work as part of a dynamic project team, delivering a contemporary HRIS.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This role will give you an opportunity to gain exposure with SuccessFactors modules in HR Payroll, Recruitment and Onboarding while working collaboratively with our implementation partner, PwC. More specifically you will:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Develop resources and deliver training virtually and face-to-face to support our employees in the use of SuccessFactors</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Engage with school and system teams to in line with change management practices to support successful transition</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaboratively develop change impact and transition strategies ensuring they are agile and in context, ensuring successful adoption of change</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist in the development of a learning strategy for the implementation of the HRIS application that will impact the work of a diverse range of employees including teachers and school leadership</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Conduct training needs analysis, accounting for system needs as well as identifying and addressing skills, behaviours and attitudes to underpin engaging and effective training plans&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Interpret complex business and technical requirements into structured, simplified course content for stakeholders and end users and continually review training effectiveness and improve where necessary</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Design and deliver training to staff and stakeholders, by whichever means most appropriate to achieve an uplift in capability and confidence in users</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Create user friendly, high quality, system agnostic instructional support artefacts, built within industry standards&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring modes of assessment have inbuilt measures for the effectiveness of training, evaluating training pre, during and post delivery&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEDP along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Current experience with SuccessFactors or HRIS implementation modules for payroll; core HR; recruitment; onboarding; offboarding; and a reporting/analytics capability</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong skills developing training documentation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Gap and training needs analysis experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Google Suite experience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Easily adapting to working independently and collaboratively&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">High standards and attention to detail&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">The ability to learn different technology used across the business quickly</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Have a paid working with children’s check</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">CEDP is located in Parramatta, however due to COVID restrictions, you will be working from home initially and required to go into the office approximately 2 days a week as needed.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications and accreditations required:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or relevant higher qualification in Adult Education) is preferred but not essential</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><br><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
