<p>The Role of LOTE Teacher (Italian) at Our Lady of the Nativity School involves:</p><ul><li>the delivery of an engaging, developmental LOTE program to students from Year Prep to Year 6</li><li>developing a LOTE program that is reflective of the Victorian Curriculum</li><li>providing opportunities for the children to experience aspects of Italian culture, story, history and geography</li><li>a multi modal approach to language learning</li><li>raising the profile of Italian with the school and providing students with opportunities to use the language</li><li>working collaboratively with the teaching and learning team, other specialists and classroom teachers.</li></ul><p>Please see attached Role Description for further details.</p>
