<p><em>Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) is a dynamic educational governing authority and service provider to Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. More than 550 staff work across the head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices in the North, East, South and West. MACS provides services to schools in areas as diverse as Curriculum, RE, Leadership, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Communications, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</em></p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> <br> Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd is in the process of building its capacity to deliver technology in support of schools and catholic education into the future. A significant investment is being made in the Integrated Catholic Online Network (ICON) project, a collaborative project between Victorian Catholic schools and the four Victorian Catholic Education Offices in the Archdiocese of Melbourne and within the Dioceses of Ballarat, Sale and Sandhurst.<br> <br> ICON will build on the Catholic tradition of working together to improve all schools by facilitating collaboration and pooling of resources and strategies to improve student learning across Victorian Catholic education to capitalise on and enhance the collective wisdom of Catholic educators and administrators. A core ICON strategy is to implement enterprise Student Information System (eSIS), enterprise Finance (eFIN) system and enterprise HR/Payroll (eHR) systems for Victorian Catholic schools and offices.<br> <br> The objective of the <strong>eSIS Consultant</strong> is to assist individual schools use the ICON platform and ensure the introduction of best practice processes. Extensive training will be provided in the technology applications and CECV policies. This is a fixed term, full-time consultant position. Salary for this position is between <strong>$100,000 -$115,000 per annum</strong>, commensurate with the requisite qualifications, skills and experience. Superannuation contribution in accordance with the <em>Superannuation Guarantee Legislation</em> is in addition to this salary payment. Salary packaging arrangements are also available to staff of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd.
