<p>CET is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic education for the following position.</p> <p><strong>People Services Officer - Recruitment</strong></p> <p><strong>Ongoing 1.0 FTE - Classification Business Services Level 6</strong></p> <p>This exceptional career opportunity is available within CET’s People Services group in the delivery of professional human resources advice and services, whilst partnering with our schools and offices to support effectiveness in people-related matters.</p> <p>Candidates will be required to demonstrate sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and delivery of effective strategic and operational projects.&nbsp; Working with the leaders of People Services functions the successful candidate will support service delivery across the group.</p> <p>Deploying your deep knowledge and experience in staffing, recruitment, remuneration, job design and workforce planning, the role will focus on attraction, on-boarding, retention and role effectiveness within a regionally dispersed and multi-layered organisation.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>Candidates will hold significant capabilities and must demonstrate:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Deep knowledge and experience in area of strategic focus, Recruitment and capacity to support other People Services initiatives.</li> <li>Effective partnering and exceptional service orientation.</li> <li>The ability to transfer knowledge and capability to leaders and support professional learning initiatives across People Services functional areas.</li> <li>Influence within policy and procedure implementation in accordance with relevant legislation requirements.</li> <li>Capacity to undertake diverse People Services projects, initiatives and activities in accordance with CET priorities.</li> </ul> <p>Candidates will hold tertiary level qualifications relevant to the role focus in, employment law, human resources or a related discipline.</p> <p>The position may suit an experienced HR generalist seeking to focus on a developing specialised expertise or a functional specialist who enjoys more variety within service delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp; The roles operate within a busy environment that provides significant professional stretch and a focus on enhancing professional growth and capability.</p> <p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
