<p><b>I.T. Support Officer (Level one and two support) </b></p><p>Mount St. Joseph Girls&#39; College is seeking suitably experienced applicants for the full-time, ongoing position of <b>IT Support Officer</b>. This is an Education Support role under the <i>Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018</i>. </p><p>The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, customer focused, passionate about technology, and willing to learn and grow within the role to make it their own. They will need to demonstrate the skills necessary and be able to provide care and support for staff, students and families whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment. The candidate is required to perform the following tasks: </p><p>• Manage the IT Service Desk including phone/remote support and creating and allocating job tickets to the appropriate support staff </p><p>• Provide level one and two support for notebook, desktop and printer fleet as well as accompanying administrative, infrastructure and educational software </p><p>• Liaise with external vendors regarding hardware support issues </p><p>• Provide appropriate reports regarding service trends and workloads </p><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. </p><p>The successful candidate will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check. </p><p><b>For a copy of the Mount St. Joseph Girls’ College Employment Application Form and other reference documents, please refer to the Employment Opportunities page under &#34;About Us&#34; on the College website at www.msj.vic.edu.au </b></p><p><b>Applications close at 4:00pm on Friday 23 April 2021. </b></p><p><b>All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
