Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is responsible for 33 schools, approximately 9,300 students and 1,200 staff in the delivery of high-quality Catholic education. We are currently seeking a suitably experienced HR Services Team Leader to join our team.

<p><b>About the Role</b><br /></p><p>Based in Bathurst, the HR Services Team Leader will provide a high level of human resource advice, and lead a small team to deliver human resource transactional services across Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst. </p><p><b>What we Offer </b></p><ul><li>Attractive salary with the ability to salary package </li><li>Four weeks annual leave, plus additional Bishop Leave between Christmas and New Year period </li><li>Regional living in the beautiful city of Bathurst </li><li>Employee assistance program and AHRI membership support </li></ul><p><b>Skills and Experience </b></p><p>Applicants for this role will be able to demonstrate: </p><ul><li>A willingness to support the mission and purpose of Catholic education within the Diocese of Bathurst. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in providing high level human resource advice, and providing human resource services with a customer service and systems approach. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to plan, assign and monitor transactional team work, and proactively coach and develop HR team members. </li><li>Capacity to interpret and apply conditions of employment, agreements, legislation, standards and policies as it applies to our workplace. </li><li>A willingness to engage in continuous improvement activities, human resource projects and policy development. </li><li>A strong level of literacy in office software systems.
