<p>Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) is a dynamic educational governing authority and service provider to Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. More than 550 staff work across the head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices in the North, East, South and West. MACS provides services to schools in areas as diverse as Curriculum, RE, Leadership, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Communications, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> The Learning Diversity unit at MACS has a large, dynamic team of over 25 Speech Pathologists spread across our offices in East Melbourne, Moorabbin, Croydon, Moonee Ponds and Werribee. Multiple fixed term vacancies have come up within this growing team due to internal staff movements and parental leave.<br> <br> The roles we are looking to fill are:</p> <ol> <li>1.0FTE (full time) Fixed Term Position until April 2022</li> <li>1.0FTE (full time) Fixed Term Position until September 2021</li> <li>0.6FTE (3 days per week) Fixed Term Position until December 2021</li> </ol> <p>Applications are sought from suitably qualified <strong>new graduates</strong>, <strong>early career</strong> and <strong>experienced</strong> Speech Pathologists to provide support to schools in enhancing learning outcomes for students with communication impairments and provide advice regarding school needs and trends in the area of speech pathology.<br> <br> The Speech Pathologist team at MACS is well-resourced and provided ongoing support and supervision in a collaborative working environment. Plenty of opportunities for professional growth are available across the team. The salary range for this position is $73,938 - $97,812 per annum (SP Grade 2, subdivision 1 - SP Grade 3, subdivision 6) and is classified under the Speech Pathologist scale of the <em><a href="http://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/Media-Files/IR/EB/Proposed-VCEMEA-2018/VCEMEA-2018-web.aspx">Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018</a></em>.<br> <br> <strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong><br> <br> The successful applicant will have well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to consult effectively and manage multiple stakeholder interests whilst working collaboratively within a team.
