We support 44 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Sydney's North, Northern Beaches and Central Coast and educate over 16,500 students.<br><br></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Based at our Pennant Hills head office, this is a permanent full-time role. Your main responsibilities will be the maintenance of fixed assets, processing and reconciliation. Other duties will include:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with end of month reporting</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Business mobile phone account management</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Support and liaise with other internal departments and schools</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks when requested<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You will be an experienced Finance Officer with strong attention to detail and have worked in a similar role. To be successful in this role you will be supportive of the ethos of Catholic education. The skills you will be bring to the role are:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Previous experience in Finance</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the Finance team</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Up to date systems and technology skills with the ability to adapt to applying new technology</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Strong problem-solving skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Excellent time management skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">TechnologyOne software systems experience will be advantageous<br><br></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The rewards</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Join a friendly and passionate team in an organisation that delivers authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
