Teachers within the Diocese are responsible to the Principal and share in the learning and teaching of subject matters to students of the school community. Teachers are responsible for delivering high quality contemporary learning and teaching for the community they serve which is embedded in the Catholic world view. It is a collaborative ministry of witness and service and part of the evangelising mission of the Church.

You can even kick start your career now as a conditional level 1 teacher by joining our casual teacher pool.</p> <p><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p>The CEDP Graduate Program is a two-year program for the most promising future educational leaders which enables participants to engage with&nbsp;a range of school-based opportunities&nbsp;to develop your teaching expertise.&nbsp; Through this highly competitive program, you will have access to our school communities and gain experience&nbsp;with exciting initiatives which may include CathWest Innovation College, Jarara Indigenous Education unit, student wellbeing, religious education and our high support needs units.</p> <p>You will be paired with an inspiring senior leader within the organisation who will serve as your mentor through the program.&nbsp; There will be many opportunities to network, share ideas and build your confidence.</p> <p>Throughout the two years you will undertake on the job skills and knowledge training and development.
