<p>The Deputy Principal will work with the Principal in the ongoing development of contemporary pedagogy and wellbeing programs whilst ensuring a safe, stimulating and challenging learning environment. They will co-lead the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support programs and provide leadership in strategic and operational matters. <br /></p><p>The successful candidate will be an exceptional educator with excellent communication and interpersonal skill and the ability to inspire trust and acceptance from a range of stakeholders. With outstanding organisational skills and a practical approach, the successful candidate will be a progressive thinker, results driven, analytical and inspirational. Presenting with a strategic mindset, the ideal Deputy will display high energy and a flexible approach to the day to day operations of a vibrant, busy school. </p><p>The Deputy Principal will be required to participate actively in the Christian life of the School throughout the term of the appointment.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
