</p><p>The Head of Campus (HoC), Early and Junior Years is a member of the college’s Senior Executive and
College Executive teams. The HoC is the key person in setting and advancing school culture, climate and effectiveness – academic success and tone, pastoral and behavioural tone and climate, and the appearance and appropriateness of campus facilities and resources. </p><p>Within this role you will be responsible for:
</p><ul><li>Leadership: Instilling excellence in educational and personal development for students and staff.
</li><li>Management: Day to day management and stewardship of the campus. </li><li>Enrolments: Provide leadership to maximise and support all aspects of student enrolments. </li><li>Staffing: Liaise with the Principal in staffing for the curriculum program P-5, including selection, loadings, recognition, staff reflections and performance. </li><li>Curriculum: Provide instructional leadership in the core business of teaching, learning and academic achievement. </li></ul><p>- The development and supervision of all classroom and specialist work programs,
assessment and reporting for P to 5. </p><p>- Liaise with the Principal in the construction of the timetable for Early Years to
Year 5. </p><ul><li>Facilities: Assist with building and infrastructure developments on the Cotlew Street campus, in
collaboration with the Principal, Business Manager and the HoC (Middle and Senior Years) as appropriate </li><li>Students: Leadership and management for excellence in student learning, student administration and pastoral care of students. </li><li>Promotion: College and school promotion personally and in collaboration with HoC (Middle and Senior Years), Registrar, Community Relations Team Leader, and Principal within and beyond the college, including through professional network opportunities. </li><li>P&F: Leadership and support of the P&F auxiliary, its planning, activities and events, at whole of college and campus levels, in coordination and cooperation with members of the P&F auxiliary committee and the College Executive. </li></ul><p><b>ABOUT YOU
</b></p><p>You will thrive in this role if you are a passionate educator who understands Model servant leadership as
shown to us by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. </p><p>You are a qualified teacher, registered or able to be registered with the Queensland College of Teachers,
ideally with experience with Prep to Year 5 and with a proven track record of ensuring successful outcomes for students with a diverse range of needs. You will have a strong understanding of current educational practice as it relates to student learning and wellbeing as well as experience developing and implementing creative approaches, solutions and managing change. </p><p>Your commitment to innovation is supported by your ability to inspire and lead those around you.
