<p>The role of the Accounts Assistant is to provide support to the Accounts Officer in the management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, in addition to providing general administrative and accounting support to the College Accountant. </p><p>This role regularly interacts with families and supplies through the management of family and supplier accounts, including the follow up of collections on overdue accounts, and necessitates outstanding customer service and a high degree of diplomacy and confidentiality. The role requires accurate and complete processing of invoices and accounting information, and is critical in ensuring financial records are complete and accurate. </p><p>This is a hands-on role and requires someone who can work with minimal supervision in an accurate and efficient manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and good organisational and time management skills are essential.</p>
