<p>Reporting to the Business Manager, the Facilities Manager will be regarded as the expert in Facilities Management. They will responsible for managing the portfolios of facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, school owned buses and security, in addition to assisting the Business Manager with project management of minor and major works as the College expands. </p><p>The Facilities Manager is specifically responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations to enhance the presentation and performance of the College. </p><p>It is a busy role with plenty of variety dealing with reactive and preventative maintenance, improvement works and OH &amp; S compliance requirements. The role demands customer excellence, an ability to effectively lead and manage a team, and excellent organisational and time management of staff.</p>
