At Luther we believe in providing our students with learning that really matters to them and to their future.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Administration Assistant, Educational Services (Full time, Term time)</b></p><p>Luther College seeks the services of an experienced Administration Assistant to provide broad administrative support to the Educational Services in an ongoing, full time, term time capacity commencing in Term 2, 2021 (19 April, 2021) with the opportunity to commence earlier for training and handover in the final week of Term 1, 2021.</p><p>This is an ongoing, full time, term time position with a classification of School Officer Grade C – Administration and Finance Stream as per the Lutheran Education (Victorian Schools) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p><p>Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 2.45pm.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Applicants must already hold an Employee Working with Children Check clearance and be able to transfer this to Luther College.</b></p><p><b>You will be required to upload the following documentation as a part of the application process:</b></p><ul><li>Covering letter; introducing yourself</li><li>Curriculum Vitae, including your qualifications and experience;</li><li>The names and contact details of three professional referees;</li><li>Evidence of a current, satisfactory Working With Children Check;</li><li>Evidence of a current, satisfactory national police check (within 12 months of issue); and</li><li>Evidence of your right to work in Australia (copy of your passport or birth certificate).</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>APPLICATIONS CLOSE:  </b>Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 4.00pm, addressed to Cara Haverkamp, Director of People and Culture.</p><p>For general enquiries, please contact the People and Culture Team on 9724 2006</p><p>The College reserves the right to make an appointment at any stage of the recruitment process, including prior to the closing date for applications.
