We champion quality education and lead the way in innovation and student centric digital transformation.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify">We are currently seeking a <strong>Remuneration and Reward Specialist</strong> to join our HR Operations team based in Parramatta. This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our P&amp;C team and system leaders, to develop and administer the CEDP pay and rewards framework.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">This is an exciting time to join our HR team as we undergo a period of transformation across our People &amp; Culture services; this role will play a critical role in establishing our pay and reward strategy across the organisation. Reporting directly to the HR Operations &amp; Analytics Manager, this role provides an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy and friendly team environment, delivering high standards and timely outcomes for our organisation.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">We are currently transitioning back to working from the office part-time, so this role will also have flexibility for you to work remotely.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>More specifically, your key accountabilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Working with P&amp;C and system leaders to build and implement a rewards and remuneration strategy and framework</li> <li>Developing policies and processes that ensure staff are clear about their benefits and entitlements</li> <li>Managing relationships with external providers</li> <li>Providing recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of remuneration and rewards, including salary and benefit planning, market analysis, job design and position matching</li> <li>Leading the annual remuneration review process and ad-hoc salary review processes</li> <li>Building quantifiable success metrics into the People &amp; Culture programs to measure outcomes and inform continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p> <p>To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study and/or proven experience in a similar role, with experience designing, &nbsp;implementing and maintaining a rewards and remuneration framework and strategy&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous experience developing policies and processes to support a remuneration and benefits framework&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional customer service, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Strong planning, organising and multitasking skills</li> <li>Advanced analytical capability and technical expertise in Excel/Google Sheets</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite and collaborative documentation practices</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>An understanding of Catholic Education System is preferred but not essential</li> </ul> <p><strong>Apply today!</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify">If you are determined to make a difference and want to join a diverse organisation committed to transforming lives through faith-based education, click on the APPLY button.&nbsp; To find out more about CEDP go to <a href="https://www.parra.catholic.edu.au/"><strong>https://www.parra.catholic.edu.au/</strong></a> or follow us on LinkedIn.&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications close <strong>Wednesday 17 March 2021. </strong>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify">This position involves working with children.
