<p>Gilroy Catholic College is looking for a passionate teacher, skilled in contemporary learning practice, to deliver professional learning and support to classroom teachers in making appropriate adjustments for students with disabilities.</p> <p><strong>Key focus areas</strong></p> <p>This is a non classroom position. The Diversity Coach has the responsibility for building the capacity of classroom teachers to make appropriate adjustments for students with disabilities.</p> <p>. Assist individual teachers to tailor appropriate learning activities for students with disabilities.</p> <p>. Liaise with faculties to develop or review programs to include appropriate adjustments for students with disabilities.</p> <p>. Build the capacity of New Scheme teachers to understand the importance of making appropriate adjustments.</p> <p>. Build the capacity of teaching staff to implement a range of quality adjustments for students with a range of disabilities.</p> <p>. Experience in supporting students with Mental Health an advantage.</p> <p>.
