The position of Campus Coordinator / Principal provides for the leadership and management of New Madinah College - Young and the growth and development of the Coordinator in the role.

<p>Position:  Principal</p><p>Salary Range: $130,000&#43; (pending experience) </p><p>Commencing Date: 19/04/2021 - Flexible<br /></p><p>Location: New Madinah College, Young </p><p>New Madinah College, Young is a co-educational independent school in Young NSW offering Kindergarten to Year 10. New Madinah offers a small school environment and is an integral part of the Muslim community in Young, promoting Muslim values built on the foundations of Islamic tradition. The school’s friendly atmosphere and dedicated staff nurture each child&#39;s spiritual, intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth, providing students with a holistic education that develops their potential in a range of areas. Our staff are recognised as being central to achieving our mission. </p><p> </p><p>About the role </p><p> </p><p>As Principal, you will lead a team of experienced educators who are dedicated to ensuring our students are provided with the very best opportunities to achieve their individual goals in a positive, safe and supportive environment. In addition, the New Madinah College Board, provides support to you through its executive Principal, Mr Sam Cannavo. This support takes the form of expertise in Learning and Teaching, Islamic Identity, School Development and Organisational Services, including, ICT, Finance, Human Resources and Student Protection. The position of  Principal provides for the leadership and management of quality schooling and the growth and development of the Principal in the role.
