<p>St Aloysius Catholic College is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education for the following position to be based at our Huntingfield campus:</p> <p><strong>Finance and Human Resources Coordinator</strong></p> <p><strong>Limited Tenure: Leave Replacement</strong></p> <p><strong>2021 School Year/ Term Time</strong></p> <p>The Finance and Human Resources Coordinator is part of the College Business Services Team and reports directly to the Business Manager. The role is accountable for ensuring financial compliance in Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) by providing financial, payroll and human resources functions within the College.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a broad range of experience in the management of financial reporting and analysis and the following technical capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proven experience in managing the complete range of financial management activities</li> <li>A commitment to compliance with administrative and financial policies and procedures</li> <li>Highly developed inter-personal skills with a focus on building professional relationships</li> <li>Proficiency in the use of computerised processing and commercial finance systems</li> <li>Proven experience in enterprise payroll systems</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will hold tertiary level qualifications in Finance, Business or other relevant discipline and / or have extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency in relevant field.</p> <p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.&nbsp; The successful candidate will require satisfactory registrations relevant to child safety.</p> <p>Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p> <p>We demonstrate our commitment to reconciliation by encouraging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply.</p> <p><strong>Applications close: Monday 25 January 2021 at 9:00am</strong></p> <p><strong>Apply Now</strong></p>
