Provide training and developing resources to support staff in the use of system applications.

<div>We are currently seeking an innovative Training Designer as part of a dynamic project team delivering a contemporary HRIS - SuccessFactors.&nbsp;The Training Designer will be accountable for providing training and developing resources to support staff in the use of the HRIS.</div> <div><br>The project’s objective is that through the combined delivery of&nbsp;<a href="https://oscarwiki.parra.catholic.edu.au/confluence/x/aRXJBw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">three workstreams</a>, an improved People &amp; Culture service will be delivered to CEDP, enabled by a new human resources information system (<a href="https://oscarwiki.parra.catholic.edu.au/confluence/x/bxXJBw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">HRIS</a>), that will empower:</div> <ul> <li>leaders to better manage and develop their people</li> <li>People &amp; Culture to proactively meet the needs of schools and CEO</li> <li>streamlined end-to-end processes and centralised data for reporting and analysis</li> <li>staff to access their personal and professional data.</li> </ul> <div>Phase One of the HRIS stream is comprised of: payroll and time and attendance; core HR; recruitment; onboarding; offboarding; and a reporting/analytics capability.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>The Training Designer is accountable for;</strong></div> <ul> <li>Conduct a training needs analysis to underpin the training plan</li> <li>Designing and developing relevant and effective training and related resources, including lesson plans and online training activities, to support staff use of the HRIS and associated systems</li> <li>Delivering effective and high quality training to staff</li> <li>Supporting the trialling and implementation of the HRIS and associated systems</li> <li>Identifying, analysing and responding to business functional and non-functional requirements of the HRIS and associated systems</li> </ul> <div><strong>Typical Experience and Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li>Appropriate demonstrated experience</li> </ul> <div><strong>The Organisation</strong><br>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;<br>This position involves working with children.
