<p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking an innovative Training Designer as part of a dynamic project team delivering a contemporary HRIS.&nbsp; The Training Designer will be accountable for providing training and developing resources to support staff in the use of the HRIS.</p> <p dir="ltr">The project’s objective is that through the combined delivery of <a href="">three workstreams</a>, an improved People &amp; Culture service will be delivered to CEDP, enabled by a new human resources information system (<a href="">HRIS</a>), that will empower:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">leaders to better manage and develop their people</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">People &amp; Culture to proactively meet the needs of schools and CEO</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">streamlined end-to-end processes and centralised data for reporting and analysis</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">staff to access their personal and professional data.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Phase One of the HRIS stream is comprised of: payroll and time and attendance; core HR; recruitment; onboarding; offboarding; and a reporting/analytics capability.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Training Designer is accountable for;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Designing and developing relevant and effective training resources, including online training activities, to support staff use of the HRIS and associated systems</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Delivering effective and high quality training to staff</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Supporting the trialling and implementation of the HRIS and associated systems</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Identifying, analysing and responding to business functional and non-functional requirements of the HRIS and associated systems</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Typical Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
