House Leaders are appointed by the Principal and are directly accountable to the Head of Students in all matters relating to the wellbeing of students within their House. They are empowered and expected to implement the values set out in the College Mission and Values Statement. House Leaders are also expected to embrace the College’s commitment to the charism of the Sisters of Charity, social justice and the education of young women. House Leaders must work in collaboration with each other, the Head of Students and in partnership with the Head of Learning and Teaching, Instructional Leaders and Learning Area Leaders to reflect the College’s holistic view of education.
<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the following full-time, ongoing teaching position, commencement date to be negotiated:<br /></p><p><b>House Leader</b><br /></p><p>Ability to teach any combination of the following subject areas would be an advantage: </p><ul><li> Physical Education</li><li>Religious Education</li><li>English </li></ul><p> This is a three-year designated POL 3 position (2021-2023), with a time allowance of ten (10) lessons per cycle.</p><p>Applications close Wednesday, 27 January 2021 &#64; 4.00 pm.<br /></p><p><b><i>Mary Aikenhead Ministries schools are committed to promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</i></b><br /></p><p><br /></p>
