Based at our Pennant Hills Head Office, this is a temporary contract until May 2022 supporting the end to end recruitment process, your duties will include:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand and advise on their recruitment needs.</li> <li>Managing the advertising process including posting ads and handling candidate queries.</li> <li>Coordinating interview panels.</li> <li>Maintaining data in the HRIS system, databases and recruitment trackers.</li> <li>Creating and maintaining electronic candidate and employee files.</li> <li>Assisting with Recruitment and HR projects.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you</strong><br /> <br />You will have current experience working within the internal recruitment industry handling the end to end recruitment process.
