<p>We are looking to hire a dynamic and compassionate teacher to work with our students with high support needs in their learning programs and life skills throughout the school day. An ability to implement technology in the Special Education classroom is essential. </p><p> The successful applicant will: </p><ul><li>Have demonstrated experience in implementing educational best practice within their subject area; </li><li>Provide high quality, differentiated teaching and learning programs and activities that are context relevant, promote independent learning and integrate relevant technologies; </li><li>Possess well developed interpersonal skills and be prepared to work as a collaborative and reflective member of the faculty; </li><li>Participate in the co-curricular life of the College; and </li><li>Be committed to ongoing professional learning. </li></ul><p> S/he will have recent experience in working with children with high support needs and have a flexible and dynamic approach to learning and behavior support.
