St. Brigid’s Primary School, Mordialloc, is seeking applications from a dynamic and proven leader for the role of Learning Diversity and Enhancement Leader. We seek to have leaders who have a passion for learning and teaching, have a clear knowledge and understanding of evidence informed teaching practices, and who demonstrate a care for the wellbeing of all students.

<p>St. Brigid’s Primary School, Mordialloc, is seeking applications from a dynamic and proven leader for the role of Learning Diversity and Enhancement Leader. </p><p>We seek to have leaders who have a passion for learning and teaching, have a clear knowledge and understanding of evidence informed teaching practices, and who demonstrate a care for the wellbeing of all students. </p><p>The Learning Diversity and Enhancement Leader must have a ‘big picture’ of contemporary learning and teaching to motivate individuals in the school so that improved student outcomes are achieved. They will have a key role in supporting student needs across the school, be that students who face academic, emotional, or physical challenges, as well as students who excel and need appropriate extension. </p><p>The Learning Diversity and Enhancement Leader will work closely with and guide the Literacy and Numeracy Leaders, Literacy Support Teacher and the Educational Support Officers on the implementation of the schools educational vision. </p><p>For a more detailed explanation of the role, please see the attached Role Description </p><p>The successful applicant will join the school in a fixed term, 0.6FTE. This position may extend to ongoing upon discussion and mutual agreement in 2022. </p><p>Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Multi Employer Agreement (VCMEA) 2018 Award. </p><p>In applying for a position at St. Brigid’s School, you will be asked to provide certain personal information to enable your application to be considered.
