<p>This role is to provide effective assistance to teachers to enable them to enhance the learning outcomes of their students and to work as a member of the Learning Support Team to implement learning programs and support student learning. </p><p> A full position description is available on the College website www.eac.nsw.edu.au/about-us/employment. </p><p>The position is stood down in school non-term time periods. <br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA </b></p><ul><li>Capacity and desire to contribute to the ethos of Emmanuel Anglican College.  </li><li>Qualification in Education Support (or proof of current course enrolment). </li><li>Ability to work with individual or small groups of students to implement programs and support student learning. </li><li>Capacity to support a broad range of students with specific learning needs and disabilities </li><li>Demonstrated capacity to work with a team and to liaise with teaching staff in the modification of learning experiences to suit individual student learning needs. </li><li>Good communication and organisational skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Google Apps for Education (eg. Google Docs, Google Drive etc) </li></ul><p> Essential Criteria forms a specific part of the selection process.
