The position is for five days a week (29.75 hours per week), fixed term for the 2021 school year, with a possibility of being extended beyond 2021.</p><p>The successful applicant will have the capacity to:<br /></p><ul><li>Work effectively as part of a strong professional learning community.</li><li>Foster effective relationships with students and colleagues.</li><li>Support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Support student though implementing learning adjustments, in consultation with the classroom teacher and Student Wellbeing/Learning Diversity Leader.</li><li>Support students with diverse needs within the classroom and through targeted intervention programs, based on student&#39;s social and academic needs and Personalised Learning Plans.</li><li>Maintain daily records of student progress and communication books for where required.</li></ul>
