<p>We are seeking&nbsp;a school leader to be accountable for Leading the Learning for 2021, with expertise in PDHPE, at St Agnes CHS through collaboration, instructional leadership, supporting evidence-based practice and a commitment to their own learning.</p> <p>The Leader of Learning:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Contributes to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the local school context</li> <li dir="ltr">Exercises Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff</li> <li dir="ltr">Leads the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practice, and school action plan including literacy and numeracy goals</li> <li dir="ltr">Builds the capacity of teachers through professional learning, feedback, mentoring and coaching</li> <li dir="ltr">Collaborates across areas of responsibility to provide integrated, personalised, and experiential learning opportunities &nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Ensures relevance and rigour in learning experiences and quality teaching through ongoing research and analysis of data to support evidence-based practice</li> <li dir="ltr">Contributes to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility across the school</li> <li dir="ltr">Tracks, reports and meets compliance requirements of assigned areas of responsibility and components of registration and accreditation in accordance with school, system and legislative requirements</li> </ul> <p>Typical Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Accredited tertiary qualification in education or degree in the PDHPE discipline with a graduate degree in teaching &nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Demonstrated experience or capacity to lead a high performing team in a school setting</li> <li dir="ltr">Applicants with a capacity to teach Religious Education will be advantaged</li> <li dir="ltr">Working with Children Check</li> <li dir="ltr">Australian resident or citizen</li> </ul> <p>The Organisation</p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
