<p>St Paul’s, Coburg is looking for a passionate and dynamic Performing Arts Teacher, for two days per week, who can inspire children with a love of music and performance. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum from Prep –Yr 6. The Performing Arts role will included: drama, music and singing. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to work well in a specialist team and a commitment to the ethos, values, and mission of Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. </p><p><b>St Paul&#39;s is a community that is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</b><br /></p><p>The successful applicant must demonstrate: </p><p>-a passion for the role of Performing Arts, </p><p>-promote contemporary and innovative practices in Performing Arts,  </p><p>-organise whole school events such as school performance / Christmas carols,</p><p>-contribute to the development of a positive school culture, </p><p>-excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, </p><p>-cater for a range of student needs, </p><p>-work and plan collaboratively with others, </p><p>-an ongoing commitment to professional growth,</p><p>-highly effective use of digital technologies to engage students,</p><p>-an ability to help build and contribute to a positive team environment,</p><p>-a commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents and staff,</p><p>-a strong commitment to student wellbeing and child safety,</p><p>-a sound knowledge and commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education. </p><p><b>The applicant must:</b><br /></p><p>-demonstrate a commitment to the ethos and practice of the Catholic School </p><p>-have current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching </p><p>Applications addressing the criteria and including the names of 3 referees should be made in writing and forwarded via email to - <a href="mailto:principal&#64;spcoburg.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">principal&#64;spcoburg.catholic.edu.au</a><br /></p><p><a href="mailto:principal&#64;spcoburg.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow"></a></p><p>by 4pm Friday4th December  2020.</p>
