With a focus on delivering efficient services and agile consulting across school, head office and leadership, we are seeking a human resources professional to join our team on a permanent or temporary (contract) basis.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our schools and central office employees to provide professional HR advice across all employee lifecycle activities, and you will have exposure to Employee Relations matters and EA negotiations.</p> <p>Reporting directly to the HR Operations &amp; Analytics Manager, this role provides an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy and friendly team environment, delivering high standards and timely outcomes for our organisation. This is an exciting time to join our HR team as we are undergoing a period of transformation across our HR Operating model, so this role will play a key role in shaping our future ways of working, by supporting the development of our core HR processes and policies.</p> <p>We are currently transitioning back to working from the office in Parramatta part-time, so this role will have flexibility for you to work remotely from home.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing services covering multiple areas including, employment relations, enterprise agreement application, performance and onboarding</li> <li>Collaborating with other HR teams to resolve issues</li> <li>Providing accurate and timely advice on HR related matters to our schools and central office &nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinating and undertaking HR investigations in partnership with our employment relations advisory partner the Catholic Commission for Employment Relations (CCER) to expedite the delivery of Employment Relations advice</li> <li>Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource projects, programs and training</li> <li>Providing interpretation to stakeholders regarding HR policies, programs and practices&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintaining effective records management, data integrity, reporting and analytics</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul> <li>Degree qualified in HR or similar would be preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience in a similar role, working within a complex organisation</li> <li>Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Strong planning, organising and multitasking skills</li> <li>Proven experience working with various HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors&nbsp;</li> <li>Ideally some experience in Google Docs, Gmail, ServiceNow and SharePoint systems</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>An understanding of Catholic Education System is preferred but not essential</li> </ul> <p>We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
