To this end, the Executive Director of Sydney Catholic Schools invites applications for the following leadership position:</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Location:</strong> Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, Hoxton Park<br /><strong>Commencement Date:</strong> 27 January 2021<br /><strong>Closing Date:</strong> 29 November 2020</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">As a member of the school leadership team, the Religious Education Coordinator shares responsibility for the development of the Catholic life of the school, leadership of its vision, mission and strategic priorities and contribution to the management of the school. The Religious Education Coordinator has delegated responsibility for the coordination and supervision of teaching and learning in Religious Education. This position requires an outstanding educator with a well-developed capacity to take forward the evangelising mission of Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Sydney.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>ABOUT THE SCHOOL</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, Hoxton Park is a two-stream school (3 stream in Kinder from 2021) serving the communities of Hoxton Park, Hinchinbrook, Middleton Grange and Elizabeth Hills. The school opened in 1997 and works in partnership with the Good Shepherd Parish to inspire a faith centred community to know and love Christ. Our Vision is 'for each child to embrace a hope-filled future, formed in faith, love and learning'. Our core values are FAITH, LEARNING, COMMUNITY and RELATIONSHIPS.
