<p>As the School Pastoral Care Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of counselling to individual students to support the social, emotional, cognitive, behavioural and educational development of students. The Pastoral Care Officer provides both individual and group interventions with the aim of being proactive and preventive.<br /></p><p> </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>To be successful you will have a demonstrated ability to be able to build effective relationships and work well within a team. You will be an effective communicator in-person, over the phone and in writing with the ability to maintain a calm, pleasant and respectful manner with a diverse range of people.
