<ul><li>1.0 FTE, 12 Months Fixed Term Position commencing January 2021 </li><li>Based in the Western Regional Office (Werribee) </li></ul><p> Catholic Education Melbourne (CEM) is a dynamic education service provider to 335 Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. More than 450 staff work across the head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices in the North, East, South and West. CEM provides services to schools in areas as diverse as Curriculum, RE, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Communications, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. This community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. </p><h4>ABOUT THE POSITION </h4><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the 12 months fixed term position of Learning Consultant – Diversity/Behaviour for the 2021 School Year. </p><p>Working as part of a team, the Learning Consultant – Diversity/Behaviour will be responsible for building the capacity of principals and school leaders across Melbourne and regional Victoria, to implement multi-tiered systems of support aligned to the CECV Intervention Framework and implement inclusive teaching practices responsive to the diverse needs of students. A detailed position description is available on our website. </p><p> Salary range for this position is $86,370 (T2/1) to $108,003 (T2/6) per annum according to the Teacher Salaries as set out in the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018. Salary is based upon teaching qualifications and experience. In addition to this, an allowance which is dependent upon years of service will be applicable, plus superannuation according to the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.  </p><h4>TO BE SUCCESSFUL </h4><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated understanding of state and national policies and curriculum in relation to inclusive teaching practices including Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), Response to Intervention and Positive Behaviour Support.
