We support 44 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Central Coast and educate over 16,500 students.<br> <br><strong>About the role</strong><br> <br>Reporting to the Learner Diversity Leader, this is a permanent, full time opportunity (not school conditions). Join a supportive team who are passionate about supporting schools to deliver high quality education for students with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Analysis of system and school data to identify areas of high performance and emerging issues in learning, teaching and curriculum for gifted students.</li> <li>Analysis of individual student internal/external/medical reports and school data to identify areas of dual exceptionality, emerging issues in learning, teaching, curriculum, student engagement and growth.</li> <li>Liaise with school leadership in identifying areas for innovation, improvement and change to ensure quality teaching and learning for gifted students.</li> <li>Build capacity in schools in response to identified priorities, aligned to evidence based practices and the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.</li> <li>Contribute to developing a culture of learning and inclusivity through distributed leadership, collaboration and coaching.</li> <li>Contribute to the strengthening of system-wide capacity to ensure quality teaching and learning for all students.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You will be an accomplished classroom practitioner reaching the equivalent to the higher levels of the Australian Professional Standard for Teachers.
