We are seeking an experienced Music teacher and accomplished cocurricular specialist, to join our creative Music team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The School is founded in the Anglican tradition, based upon established Christian values. </p><p>We are looking for an experienced Music teacher and accomplished cocurricular specialist, to join our creative team in delivering innovative approaches that will enhance the profile of the Redlands Music program. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing in Term 1 2021. </p><p>Key responsibilities include teaching within the curriculum Music program (Years 7-12), experienced in teaching HSC Music, taking a lead role in overseeing the Band Programs and facilitating opportunities that support performance excellence. Other key responsibilities include working with conductors and tutors in preparing ensembles for Music Festivals, Eisteddfods and other public performances. Piano accompaniment skills would be advantageous. </p><p>Relevant qualifications in teaching Music are required, including a knowledge of Orff-Schulwerk and Kodály pedagogy. The successful applicant will have exceptional conducting skills.
