This requires the students to self-direct their learning and complete all assigned course work. </p><p>Teacher/s assigned to facilitate the Learning Centre play a crucial role. They are responsible to ensure that the atmosphere in the space is such that the students can perform to an expected level. It is the teacher’s responsibility to create an atmosphere that promotes learning and this includes: </p><ul><li>Supervising and assisting students as required  </li><li>Monitoring their completion of work and performance </li><li>Helping them set learning goals </li><li>Communicating with subject teachers when required </li></ul><p><b> Skills and Experience </b></p><p>The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the NSW Curriculum and Syllabus.
