<p>The Literacy Leader P-6 should have a strong background in literacy learning and early intervention. This role calls for close liaison with classroom teachers and thus requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build an environment of mutual trust in which to develop a strong team ethos. The ability to generate and interpret literacy data is crucial.
