The ideal candidate will have a proven record of working in Learning Support with students of diverse abilities in Years 7 to 12. </p><p>In this role you will work as a member of the Learning Support Team to support and monitor students with individual and diverse learning needs. The Learning Support Teacher (Mathematics) supports classroom teachers to meet the needs of students with additional numeracy and literacy needs through adjustments, differentiation and evidence based strategies. The Learning Support Teacher is an advocate for best practice for students with identified disabilities and/or additional needs in an inclusive environment.</p><p>As a school community, Monte places a strong emphasis on collegiality and professional development.
