Marist Regional College is seeking experienced teachers to apply for the full time role which does include a teaching component. The Director of Organisation is primarily responsible for the daily operation of College programs in relation to coverage for classes in the event of teacher absence.

<p>Marist Regional College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in Burnie catering for students from Years 7 to 12. The College is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students. </p><p>The College is seeking experienced teachers to apply for the full time role which does include a teaching component. The Director of Organisation is primarily responsible for the daily operation of College programs in relation to coverage for classes in the event of teacher absence. </p><p>They work closely with fellow members of the Leadership Team and the Health, Safety and Risk Coordinator to ensure the College is fully informed of the risks and strategies in place for off-campus activities and excursions, and on-campus events. </p><p>The role is offered as a 4-year Position of Leadership contract (0.75 FTE), with an underpinning ongoing teaching position commencing in January 2021. At the conclusion of the 4-year PoL contract term the position will transition to an ongoing 1.0 FTE teaching load.
