<p><b><u>Dare to Imagine</u></b></p><p>The College is incorporated and governed by a Board of Directors which is accountable, through the Company Members, to <i>GSE</i>. As a community of faith, <i>GSE</i> is deeply rooted in the Benedictine spirituality gifted by the sisters.</p><p>The Principal is appointed by the College Board with the approval of <i>GSE.</i></p><p>Santa Maria College is a Catholic girls secondary school for 900 students from Year 7-12. It aims to provide an excellent secondary education that cultivates strong, compassionate and independent women who are critical thinkers with a reverence and responsibility towards all creation.</p><p>The Board of Santa Maria College seeks to appoint a Principal who will inspire the community and lead collaboratively with vision and courage.
