<p>The Assistant Principal – Students will help lead the College through an exciting period of growth and towards achieving its goal of becoming the leading provider of secondary education across the region. </p><p>This is a senior leadership position with a salary and conditions to match. The person appointed to the position will be a member of the College Executive and report to the Principal. It is an opportunity to significantly influence student management, performance and wellbeing, and an opportunity to guide and embed the recently launched ‘Fit4Life’ Program; a wholistic approach to student growth and wellbeing. Information about ‘Fit4Life’ is available on the College website under Unique Programs.</p><p>The Assistant Principal – Students will be appointed for five years as a Category B Level 6-1 (VCEMEA 2018, and depending on experience). Appointment to a second contract is dependent upon a successful Assistant Principal appraisal conducted in the penultimate year of the first contract.
