<p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Redeemer Lutheran College, Biloela, is a school of the Lutheran Church of Australia Queensland District (LCAQD) and is one of 26 schools and 62 early childhood services operating throughout Queensland and northern NSW. Redeemer has been established for 42 years in Biloela and serves in excess of 220 children. </p><p> </p><p>We are seeking applicants for teaching positions in 2021. </p><p> </p><p>• General Primary Classroom Teacher </p><p>• Secondary English/Humanities Teacher </p><p>The teacher at Redeemer Biloela supports the mission and ministry of the School as he/she competently teaches and pastorally cares for students. It is expected that applicants have an active faith and are able to demonstrate a high degree of competency and skill in teaching in a 21 Century classroom environment. The classroom teacher is responsible for functional areas, including, but not limited to: </p><p> </p><p>• Actively support the school’s Christian ethos (in the Lutheran tradition) demonstrated by way of positive, people-focused interactions </p><p>• Planning, teaching, assessing and reporting in accordance with the Australian Curriculum </p><p>• High level pastoral care and support of students, colleagues and parents </p><p>• Contribution to co-curricular programs </p><p>• Please note the positions will be offered as permanent positions.
