<p><b>Applicants are sought for a highly motivated Learning Diversity Leader (ongoing) to join our community beginning Term 1, 2021.</b></p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria</b><br /></p><p>To be considered for the role of Learning Diversity Leader the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to: </p><ul><li>Support staff to differentiate the curriculum to ensure full access to all students, this includes working with colleagues on programming .</li><li>Empower teachers to implement a diverse and flexible curriculum that focuses on individual needs of students .</li><li>Model exemplary practices in learning and teaching to ensure that programs support students with additional needs .</li><li>Develop and refine processes that relate to the National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) .</li><li>Ensure the collection and maintenance of appropriate data to support NCCD funding. </li></ul><p><b>Qualifications and Expectations: </b><br /></p><ul><li>Be appropriately qualified and hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration. </li><li>Have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School and a strong commitment to the philosophy of Catholic Education .</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .</li><li>Able to work collaboratively in professional learning teams .</li><li>Commitment to and understanding of contemporary learning and teaching practices .</li><li>Demonstrate compliance with St Peter&#39;s Child Safety Standards in accordance with the Victorian Government&#39;s Ministerial Order No 870. </li></ul><p><b>Application Process</b></p><p>Applications should be made in writing and forwarded via email to the Principal, Karen Bergin and should contain the following: </p><ul><li>A Cover Letter </li><li>Separate document addressing the Key Selection Criteria (No more than 3 pages) </li><li>A Curriculum Vitae that includes 3 nominated referees including your current employer </li><li>Complete the Learning Diversity Leader Teacher Application form (attached) </li></ul><p>Please visit our school website at www.spsunshinesw.catholic.edu.au for a comprehensive overview of our school community or follow us on our social media accounts. <br /></p><p><br /></p>
