In accordance with the College’s dedication to ensuring that each young man is known, the Depth Stage of Polaris fosters individuals’ character, confidence and competence, and it encourages them to be open to a range of new learning experiences that align with their passions, talents and future aspirations. </p><p>About the role </p><p>We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocal Music Tutor to join us for a casual / seasonal position commencing 2021 February. The successful applicant will undertake the following responsibilities:  </p><p>• Oversee the Vocal Program in consultation with the Leader of Voice.        </p><p>• Plan and conduct private and small group lessons </p><p>• Prepare student/s for Vocal Examinations </p><p>• Prepare students for and assist with the design of their VCE program </p><p>• Prepare students of choirs for all Music related performances and Liturgical events     </p><p>• Play a supporting role in leading the College Champagnat Choir and Chamber Choir for all public performances and Liturgical events. </p><p>Please refer to the position description for selection criteria and further details.  </p><p>Child Safeguarding Compliance </p><p>All applicants are required to: </p><p>• Provide proof of identification </p><p>• Proof of applicable qualification </p><p>• Provide a certificate of National Police Check </p><p>• Provide evidence of current Working With Children Check </p><p>• Complete a Child Safety Declaration </p><p>• Complete online Child Protection training </p><p>Applications close 9.00am Monday 12 October 2020. </p><p>Early applications are encouraged. </p><p>All applications must contain a resume, a cover letter that includes a statement addressing the selection criteria and a completed online application form.  </p><p>Please contact Human Resources, on &#43;61 3 9851 1589 if you require further information.  </p><p>All staff members at Marcellin are expected to support the Catholic ethos of the College. </p><p>Marcellin College is an Equal Opportunity Employer. </p><p>You must have valid Australian work rights to apply for this position.    </p><p> </p><p><br /></p>
