<p><b>The role </b></p><p>The College is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative Curriculum Leader - Digital Technologies (POL 3) to further enrich our award winning Technology program at the College. The ability to teach VCE Computing Units 1 to 4 is essential.</p><p>The Curriculum Leader: Digital Technologies will have:<br /></p><ul><li>Excellent understanding of Digital Technologies curriculum, pedagogy and assessment P -12, especially in relation to the education of girls.<br /></li><li>Experience in the leadership of learning and teaching, with success in the planning, implementation and evaluation of sound educational policies and practices.<br /></li><li>Proven skills in staff management, team building and knowledge transfer, and a leadership style that shows collaboration, honesty, integrity, compassion and emotional intelligence.<br /></li><li>Ability to collaborate with teachers to encourage innovation and program initiatives which enhance the quality and relevance of the Digital Technologies curriculum.<br /></li><li>Proven commitment to personal and professional development, including appropriate postgraduate qualifications.<br /></li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both within and beyond the school community.<br /></li></ul><p>A fully supportive attitude and approach to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.<br /></p><p><b>About you</b><br /></p><p>The successful applicant will be: </p><ul><li>VIT registered </li><li>Experienced VCE teacher</li><li>Passionate about teaching with a proven record of excellence </li><li>Skilled in curriculum development and innovative practices</li><li>A collaborative team player </li><li>An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. </li></ul><p>This is your opportunity to shine in a learning environment that will reward your love of learning, thinking and innovation.
