Catherine McAuley Catholic College is seeking a permanent part time (30 hours/week) Administration Assistant to join the school community commencing in Term 1, 2021. In this position you will support Catherine McAuley Catholic College with various administrative duties such as: <br>• provide a highly professional and friendly first point of contact to all stakeholders and visitors to the College <br>• general office administration including maintaining student records, typing and preparation of documents, ordering of school requisites and administrative support for staff <br>• administrative support to the College Executive Team If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer and administrative service and you possess a friendly and enthusiastic disposition then we invite you to come and join our Team and CMCC community. Diocesan workers are expected to personally adopt and enact the Diocese’s Safeguarding Commitment Statement. <br> <h3>Essential Criteria:</h3> <br> • Ability to articulate a clear understanding of and a personal commitment to Catholic Education and to actively supporting the Catholic ethos and culture of the school <br>• Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; <br>• Demonstrated experience using initiative and self-motivation in the workplace; <br>• Demonstrated ability in accurately and proficiently performing a wide range of administration tasks. <br>• Intermediate experience and ability to work with various databases, Microsoft office programs and excel; <br>• Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and multi task to meet various deadlines; <br>• An understanding and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; <br>• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and be responsible and accountable for own work with the capacity and willingness to work in a team environment; <br>• Willingness to Comply or Compliance with the CSO Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead Policy.
