<p>Applications are invited for the above position from qualified teachers who demonstrate a sincere commitment to the aims and philosophy of Maronite Catholic education and possess appropriate teaching qualifications.</p><p><b>Criteria:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Commitment to Maronite Catholic education and a clear understanding of the values</li><li>Qualifications and experience in teaching Legal Studies and a range of other HSIE subjects</li><li>Ability to lead a KLA team and to successfully liaise with students, staff, parents and relevant organisations regarding  curriculum and classroom matters</li><li>Collaborating with the Coordinator of Enrichment and Coordinator of Learning Support in developing programs that meet the needs of all students</li><li>Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of effort, engagement and excellence through the development of a positive, supportive student environment and related structures</li><li>Coordinating the dissemination of curriculum, assessment and reporting information to faculty members</li><li>Developed understanding of a Professional Learning Community mindset and commitment to evidence-driven improvement for all students </li><li>Experience with explicit teaching, differentiation and ICT in developing and delivering engaging programs</li><li>Modelling effective administrative practices in carrying out his/her duties</li></ul><p> </p><p>A valid Working with Children Check Number is required for this position and must be provided at the time of application.
