<p>The successful applicant will have a depth of knowledge, experience and ability to teach Year 7 to Year 12. They will also have an excellent knowledge of NSW Syllabuses, assessment and reporting requirements, a thorough understanding of student welfare matters and a dedication to the profession of teaching. </p><p> </p><p>The Leader of House has a special responsibility for the growth and development of each and every student in the House. The Leader of House is assisted by Pastoral Care Teachers and is therefore required to lead and manage their development and performance. The Leader of House is crucial in fostering good relations and effective communication between families and the College.
