Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking three Junior School Teachers to take these full time contract positions in our Junior School commencing in 2021.

<p>Teachers Junior School – Prep to Year 6 – Three Contract Positions Commencing January 2021.</p><p>Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking two Prep to Year 6 teachers to take on full time contracts, for the whole of 2021. <br /></p><p>We are also seeking one Prep to Year 6 teacher to take on a full time contract, commencing 18 January 2021 to 25 June 2021. </p><p>We welcome applications from individuals who are curious, courageous and Christ-led and have a genuine commitment to professional and personal growth and development. The applicant should be able to: </p><p>• Support the Christian Ethos of the College; </p><p>• Contribute to our extensive co-curricular program; </p><p>• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning; </p><p>• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community; </p><p>• Be an innovator and advocate for contemporary learning; </p><p>• Provide excellent pastoral care to students; </p><p>• Be registered to teach in Queensland. </p><p>Applications should include: </p><p>• a current curriculum vitae; </p><p>• which position you would like to be considered for; </p><p>• contact details; </p><p>• a copy of professional qualifications; </p><p>• a copy of your current registration card from Queensland College of Teachers; </p><p>• Names and contact details of three (3) referees; </p><p>• Maximum 2 page response to all selection criteria. </p><p>Selection Criteria: </p><p>• SC.1 Describe how you build and maintain relationships with students, parents and staff. Include experiences with Restorative Practices, Zones of Regulations and other frameworks or programs; </p><p>• SC.2 Demonstrate how you create a learning environment that caters for the needs of all students in your care. Include experiences and examples of differentiation, agile learning environments and EAL/D; </p><p>• SC.3 How can you add value to the planning and implementation of PBL (project based learning) within a year level team? Provide examples of use of collaboration, planning, teaching and moderating; </p><p>• SC.4 In your teaching practice how do you demonstrate to your students that you are Curious, Courageous and Christ-led: </p><p>Redeemer Lutheran College is committed to the wellbeing and safety of students in its care.
