Are you a disruptor in the educational landscape? Are you looking beyond the limits of what our education system currently offers? The College is looking for a truly innovative, experienced, future focused disruptor to lead learning across this new Coeducational College 7-12 and K-6 campus.

<p>Marist Catholic College North Shore is seeking an innovative, experienced and collaborative leader to fill this key role on the College Leadership Team.</p><p>The Director of Learning &amp; Innovation holds particular responsibility for developing and enacting the College&#39;s vision to build a future focused learning community. You will think beyond what is offered and look to disrupt the educational landscape, envisioning a future school that aims to develop students collaboration, empathy, creativity and communication skills.</p><p>You will influence curriculum design and teaching practice by thinking beyond what we offer now and seeing new ways of educating our young people. </p><p>Experience across each Key Stage K-12 is not vital, but you must be able to teach across Years 7 - 12. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Renumeration/Time:</b> 3 Point Coordinator/ considerable time allowance above the allocation.</p><p><b>Contract Period:</b> Initial 3 years, renewable for a further 3 years upon successful performance review. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Commitment to Catholic Education with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of all students.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practitioner.</li><li>Minimum 6 years teaching experience in more than one school.</li><li>Experience in whole school leadership. </li><li>Masters Degree in Education.</li><li>Creative thinker who is able to design and lead the implementation of new pedagogies in practice, based on contemporary educational research, theory and practice. </li><li>High level interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the full range of challenges that arise within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.</li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Previous applicants will be held over.</b></p>
